That should be used as a diagnostic tool. It also looks like you have been managing things by playing in MSCONFIG. I'd also suggest that if you try it and it isn't something that you actually want/need - delete it. It's your computer to use as you desire, but I'd suggest you use a little discretion when trying out new program. These programs are typically not something you really wanted and use up resources, and, at worst, can be malicious. This carries some risk as many of those "free" program come with PUP's - Possibly Unwanted Programs. It looks like you really like to install a variety of programs.
